The experience:

Want to celebrate your remote team’s accomplishments?

This is a fast paced, fun, interactive virtual team-building game show activity based on Scott Topper’s internet reality TV show, “Bizarre Buddies.”  Scott understands the importance of humor and levity in the workplace. This activity is great for at home workers needing a few laughs to de-stress and unwind.  

This online team building session creates deep team connectivity with an entertaining and engaging twist.  Every employee has fun secrets.  It’s up to each of their co-workers to figure out which secret belongs to each teammate.

In advance of the activity, a quick and easy “My Secrets” Q & A survey is sent out to the company group leader to distribute to all group co-workers. The completed answers are returned to Scott in advance of your virtual event activity session.

The group is then split into two teams.  Each team has a captain.  The first team captain reads out a secret about someone on his/her own team.

The opposing guessing team has up to one minute to discuss and reveal to their Captain who they think the secret is about.  If they guess correctly, their team earns a point.  If they answer incorrectly, the losing Captain appoints a teammate to take one for the team and your host spins the “Wheel of Consequences.”

Questions include: Favorite ice cream, favorite song, favorite celebrity, an embarrassing story, or something about you that no one in your company knows about you!  Were you a cheerleader, a mascot, a military service member, or a bus driver?

If a co-worker guesses incorrectly, your host spins the carnival “Wheel of Consequences” to discover what humiliating consequence they must perform during the session such as acting like a wild chimpanzee on the loose, crying like a baby, marching in place singing the YMCA song, telling a joke, or Yodeling loud.

This is a super great way for employees to laugh, play, and have some fun!

Points are rewarded for each correct secret guessed.  Whichever team has the most points WINS!
